Scope
These terms cover the public KI$A OS website and beta-access request. Separate reviewed terms will govern an authenticated hosted workspace before external accounts are activated.
Product status
KI$A OS is in closed beta. A request does not guarantee acceptance, timing, functionality or continued access. Capabilities marked Beta, In development or Coming during beta are not promises of production availability.
Your submission
You must provide accurate contact details and submit only information you are permitted to share. You retain ownership of your artist or project name and submitted note. You grant KI$A OS permission to use the submission only to administer and evaluate beta access.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass technical controls, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or use the form for unsolicited promotion. Automated abusive requests may be blocked.
Music and provider rights
KI$A OS does not replace a distributor, DSP, social platform or DAW. Public catalog evidence does not prove ownership or rights. You remain responsible for the permissions required for music, media, accounts and campaign activity you later connect.
No guaranteed outcome
Analytics and product observations are evidence, not guarantees of career, audience, streaming or financial growth. Temporal alignment and correlation do not establish causation.
Availability
The public preview and beta may change, pause or stop. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
