What this notice covers
This notice describes the information handled by the public KI$A OS website and the current closed-beta access process. The authenticated product, connected accounts and future hosted beta will receive additional product-specific notices before external activation.
Information you provide
A beta request may include your email, artist or project name, project type, optional country, optional primary platform, an optional note and a referral source when you consent to submit it. We do not ask you to connect a social account on this website.
Why we use it
We use beta-request information to assess cohort fit, contact you about access, understand broad project needs and maintain request integrity. Submitting a request does not create a product account or guarantee access.
Website analytics
The first implementation sends no events to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or another third-party advertising tracker. It defines local event names only. If external analytics are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.
Connected product data
The closed-beta product is designed to keep provider, source, workspace and freshness context. Connecting Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or another source will require a separate authenticated flow and explicit provider permissions. Disconnecting a provider and deleting imported history are distinct actions.
AI and media
KI$A OS does not treat model output as product truth. External AI transfer and raw-media processing require separate, explicit consent where offered. The public beta form does not transfer social content or media to an AI provider.
Sharing and processors
The local preview stores submissions locally and uses no third-party form processor. Future hosting, email and database vendors will be documented before public activation. KI$A OS does not sell beta-request information.
Retention and deletion
Beta requests are retained only while useful for access administration and product research, subject to the future reviewed retention schedule. You may request deletion using the data deletion instructions.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of the information you submitted. Contact privacy@kisa-os.com. Identity verification may be required before disclosing or deleting data.
Security and changes
KI$A OS uses bounded collection, server-side validation and separation between the public website and private artist workspace. No system is completely secure. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
